Traffic will be instant, as soon as you are done posting on each forums you will start to receive visits to your thread which will translate into hits to your signature, visits to your website, sales, etc. If you have any follow up to that same thread, you can repeat 1-3 and when you get to #4 instead of hitting start new thread you go to your own thread and click on "Reply" and add your new post.

This is more or less a simple strategy but it takes some time to get used to it, after you are used to this you can post in over 25 forums in less than 10 minutes if your internet connection is good but even with a slow internet connection you can post in all of the forum sin under 30 minutes, which is really good.
